Pregnancy, birth and motherhood are times of change on a physical, emotional and spiritual level; meditation and mindfulness can support us through these changes and help us to trust our inner wisdom through these transitioning times, as well giving us the skills to experience greater joy, presence and calm throughout pregnancy and parenthood.

A range of classes and workshops are available for mothers and families including Pregnancy Meditation classes suitable for all stages of pregnancy, Being with Baby: A mindfulness course for new mums and babies and Mindful Parenting workshops. There are more events coming up soon!
The next Being with Baby course is starting on 11th November for 6 weeks at YogaBalance. Join us for this 6 week course where you will learn skills to feel greater joy, presence and calm with your baby during this transitional time and beyond.
I am also available to run workshops at your organisation or event and have been part of many events to date.
One to One Slider
One to One & Skype
One to One Sessions Content
Meditation or Mindfulness sessions are also available on a one to one basis and via Skype for those who cannot make a class or would prefer a more tailored session. They are suitable for all parents from pregnancy well into parenthood, whatever age your children are.
These sessions could be for those new to meditation and wanted some support to start a meditation practice at home or those with more experience who wanted some new input in their practice. I will provide you with a safe and non-judgemental space to explore and develop your meditation practice.

My name is Selina and I have been studying and practicing meditation for the last 15 years, including during pregnancy and through my motherhood journey with my daughter over the last 4 years.
I am mum to my gorgeous daughter who is my greatest teacher and I am so thankful to her for all that she has taught me and continues to do so daily.
It was after I had my daughter that I had the strength and courage to pursue this path. I wanted to share my passion and what had impacted my own life with other mothers to help improve their wellbeing through pregnancy and motherhood.
I am one of a small number people in the UK who has completed the Mindfulness Teacher Training at Oxford Mindfulness Centre to teach Mindfulness Based Childbirth and Parenting. As all well trained and ethical mindfulness teachers I work towards the Good Practice Guidelines.
Also I am a registered Meditation Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK after completing a 200 Hour Meditation Teacher Training, am trained in massage and shiatsu for birth, pregnancy and the postnatal period and am a qualified Sling Consultant.
